Our DCMS Governmental Affairs Committee will host an exploratory discussion of the issues around Medicare for All/universal healthcare in lieu of its January meeting. The session, originating as a request from a student member of DCMS, will be open to all Society members. John Perryman, MD, northern Illinois co-president of the Physicians for a National Health Program organization, has agreed to speak along with Kara Murphy, president of the DuPage Health Coalition, and Paul Ehrlich, 3rd year medical student at Midwestern University, CCOM.
