Physician Burnout: Claiming Agency For Yourself and Our Profession
Our 2019 DuPage County Medical Society Annual Meeting will feature an engaging program led by Cathy Cheng, MD, focusing on the important topic of physician burnout.
Doctor Cheng, of Northwestern Medicine Executive Health, Chicago, will explore burnout from both the individual and systems perspective. She will help us identify what is meaningful and good (what we want to maintain and enhance), share strategies that work, and help us identify accountable action plans. It promises to be an evening both illuminating and valuable.
